When you are sick (like me right now) and you want to shorten that cold get Zicam!! You pop the top off and swab both your nostrils! It's like a cold soothing feeling and almost instantly I was able to breath alot better!! It's better to start this at the first sign of a cold. I knew I had this but I couldn't find it well my hubby found it just now so we both decided to try it!! I also rubbed my H & H Remedies, LLC vapor ointment on my chest & throat to help with my cold!! I love their vapor rub because it's all natural & soothes your sore chest from all that coughing & congestion! Hoping I get over this sickness soon!!
