While they did work for cutting meat and veggies I hated them because they would slide on my counter tops. Now I'm using my new Bamboo cutting board and I love It! I love the grooves on the sides because it catches all the juices and prevents them from leaking onto my counter tops. It doesn't slide while I'm cutting on it.
